During this season you will have an opportunity to see and experience the harvest. White grapes will have likely been harvested and the winemaking process has begin at the wineries.  During this tour you will have the opportunity to attend the famous Alba White Truffle Fair.

During this season the grapes have all been harvested and the wine production is underway. Our winemakers are relaxed and excited to celebrate another harvest complete. During this tour you will have the opportunity to attend the famous Alba White Truffle Fair.

Brief Tour Description: 12-day & 11-night tour in all 5-star accommodations 

We will depart as a group from Paris, visiting a historic and charming winery in Champagne where we will enjoy a tasting, cellar tour and lunch. We will spend our 1st evening at a 5-Star Hotel & Spa. Enjoy a multi-course dinner with wine pairings on the terrace overlooking the vineyards of Champagne. Our 2nd day will included a lunch at a 17th century chateau and a visit to a small family producer in Chablis for a tour and tasting. We will then settle in for 3-nights to the walled city of  Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy where its charm will draw you into the French culture. We will try our hand at barrel making, visit a historic cellar, and have an optional cooking class with Adeline, a local chef. 

We will then spend 3-nights in the heart of Lyon, "The gastronomic capital of France" where we will explore the historic old town before savoring a 2-star Michelin dinner at the famous and classic French restaurant of Paul Bocuse. Lyon is a gem of a city on the Rhone River, a former silk capital with great architecture, food halls, and markets.  

We will follow the Rhone River south to experience 2 additional wineries one in the Northern Rhone wine region and the next a historic producer in Châteauneuf du Pape. After our winery visits, we will make our way through Provence to the idyllic village of Saint Remy de Provence. Here we will savor the pace of the south of France and spend 3-nights in a luxurious 5-star hotel with tranquil pools and a spa. Our time in Saint Remy will be relaxed with a Mediterranean menu at a memorable Michelin-starred restaurant. A day trip to the Roman city of Arles and its historic Colosseum will round out our visit.  

On our last day together we will drive south through the sunflower and lavender fields in peak season. Our final evening will be spent in a luxury hotel located in the heart of a provencal village where we will enjoy an unforgettable farewell dinner. In the morning, we will offer a transfer to the Nice Airport.
